Processing Time

Each item is produced individually after your order is placed.

Processing time is typically:

Please note that processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Production and Fulfillment Network

All products are produced through a carefully selected global network of production partners.

Orders are automatically routed to the most suitable production facility based on factors such as product type, availability, and shipping destination.

This process helps ensure efficient production, optimized delivery times, and reduced environmental impact.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

• Europe: 3–10 business days  
• United States: 5–12 business days  
• International: 5–15 business days  

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, as well as disruptions caused by international events such as geopolitical conflicts, trade restrictions, or other global supply chain challenges.

If significant delays occur, we will inform you where possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

As orders may be fulfilled from different production locations depending on the products selected, items within the same order may be shipped separately. In such cases, separate shipping charges may apply for each shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product or shipping price.

Please note that we do not have control over these charges and are unable to estimate or inform you of the exact costs in advance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
