Refund policy
All products offered by HOUSE OF MUCI™ are made to order. Each item is individually produced upon purchase, which means we do not hold inventory.
General Policy
Because of this made-to-order process, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This policy applies to all customers except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos and a description of the problem so we can evaluate the situation.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns are not accepted for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings
Non-European Union Customers
For customers outside the European Union, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period by contacting us at: office@houseofmuci.com
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after delivery if no withdrawal request has been submitted within this period.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Goodwill
Even if your request does not fall under our standard return conditions, we encourage you to contact us.
We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a solution depending on the individual situation.
Such decisions are voluntary and do not constitute a general right to return or refund.
